Jake's former experience as an athlete, certified personal trainer and his own journey with health and wellness has given him a unique and intuitive perspective of the body. Jake is a graduate of the National Holistic Institutes 1250 hour Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program. He has worked with Chiropractors and has a very therapeutic approach to massage therapy. Most of his time is dedicated to helping people with chronic pain, sports injuries, surgery prehabilitation and rehabilitation with a combination of Myofascial and Trigger Point Therapy.  His focus is on restoring quality of life through therapeutic touch and client education. He believes that by creating an understanding and connection with our bodies we actually unlock our full potential as human beings. 

When Jake is not working with clients he enjoys spending time with his young son and girlfriend, hiking, playing disc golf  and exploring the world!

Jake is a warm and kind person. His deep tissue and relaxing massage was exactly what I needed. The massage room was of ample size and beautifully appointed. Jake’s technique was both relaxing and deep at the same time. When the massage was over, I was so relaxed I could hardly function. It was a two thumbs up experience and I’ve already booked next month’s appointment. Thank you Jake. You’re just what the doctor ordered ~

Jake has amazing massage technique. He is able to relieve pain and release tight muscles without leaving one feeling “beat-up” and bruised for the following two days. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and gave good recommendations for specific exercises/stretches I could do at home to help with muscle tightness (he even took the time to show me how to do them correctly).
