I'm grateful to have been practicing massage for 17 years. During this time my greatest joy has been connecting with my clients on a deeper level, a heart connection. I offer so much more than just a massage. I offer an experience to meet yourself on a whole new level. To allow yourself to trust, be nurtured, be vulnerable, be held in a safe space created just for you, and to be present as an active participant in your healing process while getting to know yourself and body in a whole new way.

I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's specific needs. From sports injuries and rehab to new mommies, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again or perhaps even for the first time ever.                         

Desk jockeys, weekend warriors, stretched to near insanity Moms, let me show you what reclaiming your body and your sanity feels like. I work with professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, people in the tech/computer industry who have a lot of pain and tension, rehabilitating people with injuries past and present, new mothers who need to relax and be nurtured, and spiritually inclined people who want support in meeting themselves on a deeper level. I also work with many clients who want very deep work and have had a hard time finding a therapist who is able to deliver enough pressure. One of my specialties is deep tissue and my unique ability to use my body weight and body mechanics to deliver a very strong, powerful and precise pressure. I also have the ability to give a lighter pressure that feels very nurturing, warm, loving and almost maternal. Whatever pressure, style or modality, all of my clients feel individually cared for, nurtured, safe, and most of all they trust me because I have earned their trust over time by consistently showing up, having a high level of skill and intuition, and most of all through the results that they experience and get to live out each day. They receive the gift of freedom. Freedom from pain, immobility, and freedom from stress/anxiety/insomnia. They are no longer just surviving day to day. they are thriving in their bodies and in their spirits! This is my goal and why I do this work.
