The mission of my soul in this lifetime consists of studying yoga, meditation & the healing arts. My experiences living in intentional communities, ashrams, meditation centers, organic farms & plant medicine journeys has led me down my own path to finding stillness and peace within.

My massage education was completed at Sedona School of Massage with a concentration in the treatment of trauma and PTSD.

I welcome all walks of life with love and compassion-void of judgement. My work can help assist in body-positivity! I am an Ally of the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Bigender, Transgender, Transsexual, 2/Two-Spirit, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Pansexual, Agender, Gender Queer, Gender Variant, Pangender) Community.

The experience with Ayurvedic treatment is so very rewarding! My clients are more grounded, detoxified, and centered after receiving Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and/or Swedana treatments. I have had the honor of assisting clients since 2017 in these services.

Craniosacral Therapy

I have had the honor of assisting in the healing and recovery of those with severe PTSD through Craniosacral therapy.

Kamala makes every effort to ensure the masage is a healing experience. She remembers issues from one visit to the next and is sufficiently skilled that I fall asleep as she works. Sleep has always been part of recovery for me.

Kamala’s space is very inviting and clean. She is a very skilled massage therapist. I’ve benefitted greatly from her cranial sacral work as well. Overall, always a good experience and I leave feeling relaxed and grounded. I’ve seen many massage therapists over the years and she is simply the best!
