Keely is highly skilled. She works slowly and intuitively, concentrating on specific areas as requested, using the perfect amount of pressure (I requested deep tissue). She is not "formulaic" and uses a variety of effective techniques, like myofascial release. I appreciated that she was quiet, allowing me to really focus on her gentle (but determined!) coaxing of muscles to relax and release tension. I felt amazing afterwards, and had an energy spike the next few days!
