I help relax tired, over stressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state.

I've been practicing massage for over 15 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again. You'll find me to be friendly, respectful and professional.

Specialties include Swedish, Hot Stone, Bamboo Fusion, Aromatherapy, and working with people with chronic pain, MS and Fibromyalgia. I am also a Certified Aromatherapist and Reiki II practioner.

I have going here since early 2024. It is my go to to relax, workout tension, preventative maintenance, aches and pains due to hard work or injuries. I use to deal with bad sciatica and the technics used here have relieved me of the pain from the bottom of back through the butt and down the leg. I feel better and then even better the following days. I highly recommend trying this place out. Great specials and packages for your routine care. I personally am cared for by Shellie.

What a wonderful experience! I had a Nervous System Reset with Pain and Reset treatment. For the first time in years I slept like a baby through the night and got relief from my nervous stomach. I highly recommend this and I will be back for sure!

I would tell people that Shellie is still very skilled and has about 20 years experience. She has also written a meditative journal that I am finding quite helpful.

Shelly is a wonderful owner of Sanford Massage. She is a master at massage and I have been going to her r every Friday for over ten years. When I first meet her I was experiencing extreme back pain which ended after her working on me over the years. She has majic fingers and knows exactly what muscles need attention. I attribute her work to maki g me pain free. I tried medications acupuncture and a chiropractor nothing worked except Shelly’s expert massage. I highly recommend Shelly at Sanford Massage
