As a Health Wellness and Fitness professional I offer services and many areas and embody an eagerness to learn to assist my clients in their therapy. My BS was obtained in Health Education and my MS in Exercise Science, Health Promotion and Rehabilitation.  I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 8 years utilizing skills in deep tissue, Neuromusclar, Swedish, PNF modalities and many more to provide manual bodywork therapy to clients.  Chair Massage service for events is also available.

I am also a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Speed Specialist. My services offer static and dynamic postural assessments, as well as range of motion and muscle strength testing to determine if there are movement dysfunctions present in the client's human movement system that is causing discomfort, pain or a decrease in performance. Through corrective exercise prescription I assist the client in correcting the dysfunctions to achieve optimal performance in their daily lives. 

Along with making the muscles feel awesome I also ensure they are getting the proper amount of physical activity as a Certified Personal Trainer. Through fitness assessments and exercise prescription, I work with clients to set and achieve specific health, fitness, and/or performance related goals.
