I have knowledge and training in various types of massage including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Cupping. My specialties and most favorite areas to work are the back, shoulder and hips. These have always been a problem for me and I find most of my clients as well. I find it extremely important to work your connective tissue with some Myofascial Therapy and trigger point massage. If our connective tissue is tight and stuck in place; this can happen with scar tissue, than the muscles are restricted as well as your skeletal alignment.
With this knowledge and training, I have the ability to tailor each massage to meet the needs of the individual client; anywhere from stress relief, to a specific modality treatment for acute and chronic pain.

Kelli is an amazing Therapist. While having only seen her twice, we wish we had found her a long time ago. She gets into those tough & tight spots to work them and help relax them. If you're looking for a massage therapist she's the one to make an appointment with. We found heaven since seeing her.
