My goal is to make a difference and create  change for every client I serve.  I have a private practice and service women only.  I work in the Sandy, Utah area.

I am trained in John F. Barnes, P.T. myofascial release therapy, cranial sacral therapy, AromaTouch Technique where I use eight doTERRA essential oils, and dry brushing and oils for lymphatic drainage and other health conditions.  I am trained in Shamanic lifestyle.  I use nature, drum circles, journal writing, inner journey guided imagery and soul retrieval ceremonies to help women see their real inner self and live their dreams and passions.

I would like to do more speaking and presenting.  This past April 2015, I created an event called Celebrate You at Legacy Retirement.  It was fun and I learned a lot.  I had a great supporting team.  By invitation I presented this month of  September at Burnout To Bliss hosted by Jacqueline Morasco and Rebekah Barnhill.  I performed a Shamanic opening and closing ceremony.   I met new women and enjoyed every minute.

I am currently creating a chair massage company and will announce that new beginning soon.

I have a rich and fulfilling life with my husband.  Between us we have seven children with 21 grandchildren.  We do our best to keep up with them.

I love to be outdoors and hiking in the mountains is a favorite past-time.  I am in the process of writing my life story.  I love to draw and write.  I would like to learn to paint.  I have many friends that I enjoy spending time with.  I love to learn and attend seminars, webinars, and conventions so I can be my best at what I love to do.

I am a member of eWomen Network.  Sandra Yancey is the founder and this organization is phenomenal in creating great connections for business and personal arenas.

I can honestly say I love my life.

Craniosacral Therapy

I studied with four different instructors and generally follow the Hugh Milne approach of intuitive touch.

Bodywork

I studied with John F. Barnes, P.T. in person in Sedona, CA, and HI. It was so much fun and I love his Myofascial Release Therapy that works with the fascia to release and unwind restrictions that have held people captive in pain and loss of motion sometimes for years.

Massage Envy - Instructor

I taught aroma therapy per their protocol for about 1.5 years. I enjoyed the interaction with the new therapists.

Trigger Point Therapy - instructor

Before moving to Utah from California I had the opportunity to teach a trigger point class for two days. I thoroughly enjoy teaching.

Self-care and body mechanics

I taught a few times at NIMA in South Jordan, UT. I instructed upcoming estheticians on self-care and body mechanics when doing massage and fascials.

Speaker at Graduation

I was asked by my graduating class of 2010 at Myotherapy College of Utah to be the speaker. It was a fun experience and we all danced to "We are Family." The faculty repeatedly told us our class was the best they had ever experienced.

Very relaxing room, she explains everything well, and gives you tips to keep working on! I will be going back as often as I can.
