My name is Brittany and I am happy to tell you a bit about myself. I am a massage therapist going on 10 years of owning my own massage business. A severe car accident in 2012 put me on the path of personal healing, and massage therapy has allowed me to help others do the same. Through this time, I have learned that I want to help my clients with more than just physical healing, and I understand the mind, body, and spirit are all connected. When we don’t live in alignment in any one area, we stand to suffer in all of them.
My passion for massage led me to better understand the mind/body/spirit connection and has left me knowing there’s more I can do to help my clients than just the physical aspect. Because of this I chose to further my education through the MindBodyFood Institute, receiving a dual Holistic Life Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner diploma. This education has truly excited me because of the evidence-based, science backed tools it has armed me with. Along with my intuition, these tools will allow me to help others become more aware of themselves, get out of auto-pilot, and live more intentionally to get what they want out of life.
I love spending time outside and appreciating Utah’s mountains and red rock deserts, with hiking and backpacking being my favorite ways to experience them. I always want to see new places and try delicious new food, especially the spicy variety. I am a goal-oriented, adventure-driven, hardworking, positivity-seeking, sassy individual who wants to use her experiences to encourage and guide others to grow. My ultimate success is merging my chosen lifestyle with my career. I want to live 100% authentically 100% of the time, and working for myself to help others do the same couldn’t be a better fit for me.
