Growing up, I was more often sick than healthy.  After decades of taking medications, I was eventually diagnosed with Leaky Gut.  Going back to nature and natural health became a focus and passion leading me to become a Certified Health Coach in 2012.  In 2013, I discovered the power of essential oils and have not had a health crisis since incorporating natural medicine and essential oils into my lifestyle.  In addition to coaching, I share my passion as an essential oils educator and also incorporate their benefits as a Registered Massage Practitioner and Integrative Reflexologist.

My massage therapy education from Central Maryland School of Massage, included 750 hours of classroom and practical application.  I am currently registered in Maryland.
