I have been practicing the art of massage therapy full time since 1987. I am still amazed at the power of therapeutic touch to restore and rejuvenate the body and mind.  Throughout the years I have massaged folks of all sizes, age and with various physical aliments.

I bring a genuine intuitive approach to each session to greater assist the massage experience. Often times a client will sign up for a particular style of massage but then once on the table, the body is saying something different. I adjust my touch and style to match this subtle request.

My specialities include Manual Lymph Drainage, Massage for Relaxation and Dynamic Cupping. These massage modalities, along with my tenured intuitive experience touch, sets the stage for what can be one of the most deeply relaxing and restorative massage session for a client to experience. My heart fills with delight when this co-creative relaxation process occurs.

Lymphatic Drainage

2006 Completed Level 1 of Lymphatic Drainage Therapy through the Upledger Institute by Dr. Bruno Chikly and than completed level 2 in 2007. Currently using the gentle palpation skills to determine the superficial flow of the lymphatic movement while incorporating gentle massage cupping in the treatment process.

Orthopedic Massage Therapy

In 2011 completed training in Whitney Lowe's Orthopedic Massage Techniques for the upper body and in 2014 completed training with Mr. Lowe for Orthopedic Massage Techniques for the lower body.

Massage Cupping

2014 - Massage Cupping Certification through the A.C.E Massage Cupping Institute in Asheville, North Carolina.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

September 2019 - Completed training in Manual Lymph Drainage Protocol for Detoxification and Minor Pathologies.
