Panara and Reiki Level I and II with Deva Illa. She received her Holistic Heath Practitioner training at the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, CA. She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCTMB) and is a California State Licensed Massage Therapist (CMT). She strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being. With more than 9 years of collective experience, her approach offers harmony, balance, healing, and soothing.

She is also a licensed esthetician. Danuza received her esthetician training at Marinello School of Beauty in San Diego, CA with Kathryn Waldron. Danuza is a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. She studied yoga in 2010 at Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga in San Diego, Ca with Nikole Fortier.

Danuza is a trained birth doula. She received her doula training at Bini Birth in Sherman Oaks with Ana Paula Markel. Currently, Danuza is working towards her certification through DONA (Doula of North America), the largest national association of doulas. With each opportunity Danuza has had to work with expectant and new families, her respect for the birth process has deepened. She hopes to bring a sense of steady, non judgmental support to her role as a birth doula so the parents-to-be feel informed about their birth choices and supported in their birth decisions.

Danuza holds a degree in Business Administration from National University in San Diego, CA.

In addition to English, she speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

I usually get a 1 1/2 hour massage because an hour just doesn't usually feel complete. I was very impressed on how good I felt even in an hour session. I'm very glad that if my schedule only lets time for the hour its still well worth the time and money. I'll definitely be back for either time length on a regular basis.
