My name is Eva Malama, a graduate of California Holistic Institute, SLO, CA and a California certified massage therapist CMT #77615.  It was in acupuncture school many years ago that I first discovered cupping.  In time, cupping emerged into the forefront of my professional interests.  I earned a certification in cupping therapy in 2017 through the International Cupping Therapy Association, and would love for all to experience cupping!

The massage therapist is located just inside the entrance to the Physical therapy office. when I entered the PT office I noted to the front staff that I was there to see the Massage therapist and they told me that she would be back to bring me into her room. Eva was so efficient allowing me to let her know my issues and truly targeted the problem area in the limited time we had. She utilized trigger point therapy, silicone cupping (gliding), and several other techniques that really allowed my sot tissue to release. Her work definitely improved things so i feel like my strain is healing more efficiently.

Eva is excellent! Seems to work on just the right spots that are causing you trouble. She really puts you at ease and talks only when you want to, so the experience is very nice. I have neuropathy, and she worked on my feet and legs….I went to sleep much faster last night.

Eve is a magician and a consummate professional who knows what she's doing!! Highly recommend her. She is so skilled in all the massage modalities. I fully intend to recommend her services and I will be back! My only suggestion is to bring flip flops and a robe in case you need to use the bathroom, as it is a trek from the massage room.
