I searched for answers as how emotions can affect the body’s structures and this interest led me to study the pure energy bodywork of Shiatsu at the European Shiatsu Institute in Switzerland. have continued on this path, studying Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine with renown teachers from Switzerland, England and the USA.
Nilsa studied Shiatsu at the European Shiatsu Institute (ESI) in Switzerland, graduating in Palaia / Florence, Italy in 2006.
The ESI's main focus is observation of energy and how it moves in the body.
The teachings follow the work of Pauline Sasaki (Quantum Shiatsu and student of Masunaga) and Cliff Andrews (Director of the Shiatsu College, GB).

his teachings on the three energy centers of the body called Dantiens
Chakras and to perform an absolutely individual and different session.
As a Certified Taoist KUNLUN® System Apprentice, Nilsa cultivates the profound and very ancient teachings and meditation practices from her teacher Max Christensen (Ching Fung Dao Shr). Which develops the magnetic potential, and the physical manifestation of this energy, thus opening a whole new range of possibilities in her work.
Thanks to her many years of intensive training in the Brazilian art of Capoeira, Nilsa has developed a very refined and accurate perception on body movement and restrictions and how to detect them.
She continues her graduate studies with the Shiatsu College of UK.
