After more than 20 years as a martial artist studying multiple systems, as well as being an amateur weightlifter, I have a long history of injury. Massage therapy, Chiropractic work, and acupuncture were the things that kept me functioning and on the mat. I saw such value in these modalities that I wanted to use my personal experiences and understanding of the body and movement to pay it forward.

I am fascinated by the complexity of human movement, both in and out of dysfunction. Using soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, cranio-sacral therapy and movement re-education,  my goals are to reintroduce my clients to the fuller expression of the intelligence of the body and its proper balance and function.

Posture correction, injury recovery, chronic pain patterns, and plain old stress management are just a few of the possible benefits waiting for you. All you have to do is commit to your own self care. Invest in the health of your future self.

I had been having hip pain for a few weeks, and I wish I had seen Alan earlier. I feel so much better. I definitely recommend him! Thank you so much!

Alan is by far the most talented masseuse who has ever worked on my body. His knowledge of anatomy coupled with the fact that if you're interested he will educate you on how to care for your body at home brought me a sense of empowerment. I feel so grateful that my chiropractor recommended him and I will continue to see him as we work towards optimal health for my physical body.

I had a good experience. Thank you! However, I like the Chinese acupuncture points therapy better.

Alan’s bodywork is excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled at CranioSacral Therapy and I had an amazing experience which I am still feeling the effects of two days later. He was very professional yet with a strong sense of intuition. I highly recommend him.

Alan is great at taking input and feeling the musculature of my body to assess what it needs. He has a wealth of knowledge he’s happy to share to help me in me with maintenance and or the healing process. He’s very open to adjusting his work to suit my needs and is a kind person.
