Croft’s intense desire to pursue more meaningful life goals and an athletic background in competitive bodybuilding (Mr. Bermuda 1990 and 1991,) masters swimming and Bikram yoga inspired him to achieve a Diploma in Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Health Education (ANMT) from the National Holistic Institute (NHI). After 1350 hours  and advancing with Honors Achievement, he enters the field of massage therapy with a passion for contributing to not only the optimization of sports performance for both the recreational and elite athlete but anyone who routinely stretches their physical limits through strenuous activities such as parents with small children or office workers with extended keyboard hours.

I found Castrell Neuromuscular Therapy through a routine Internet search. I have seen Croft twice now and the results have been incredible. Croft is personable, patient, empathetic, and he lets you know what he intends to do and is doing each step of the way. Croft is passionate about what he does, and the results show. These are not "traditional" spa-like massages with a person who has little knowledge of the body. Croft is a licensed and certified sports massage and neuromuscular therapist, and his style produces true results.
