AIDS/Lifecycle 2015 & 2016 -- Massage Team

Part of a volunteer support team of massage therapists for riders and other support staff of the AIDS/Lifecycle annual fundraiser 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

Jae is exceptionally skilled at naturally locating tight muscles and effectively working out knots while creating a very comfortable environment and making sure her treatment is specifically tailored to each client's unique needs. I have enjoyed many massages before coming to Jae, but most of those were 'glamour massages' that were pampering, but did little to help me feel good by the next day. I can still feel the benefits of Jae's massage over a week later!

Jae is the perfect massage therapist for me. Her pressure is deep but not too deep, she can go deeper if I need it, and less if I need less. Since my last 2 favorite people have retired I've been on a years long quest, my quest stops with Jae! :)

Jae is a pro. Her approach is considerate and soothing. More importantly for me, she knows her anatomy. I got immediate relief for my back pain; she correctly diagnosed the source of the problem and she worked out the kinks. She also sent me home with stretch suggestions. I felt better immediately!
