Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release

Studied the above massage techniques at the Body Therapy Center in Palo Alto, CA. Over the past 15 years I have refined these techniques in an effort to help my patients searching to gain relief from pain and stress. This range of techniques allows for a range of massage with strong pressure to the most gentle touch. It can be very calming or very energizing. Myofascial techniques for instance, work equally well with both very tender and sore muscles and joints, when a light touch is required, as well as with chronically tight and stiff muscles and joints, were a more firm and directed touch is more effective.

Orthopedic Massage

Trained by Thomas Hendricksen, DC,. Orthopedic Massage was designed to address many common and uncommon orthopedic and sports injuries using side lying massage during the rehabilitation phase. Because side lying massage is still uncommon in the field of massage I have developed a niche using this technique in addressing: sciatica pain, frozen shoulder, migraines, stiff neck with pain, low back and upper back pain, shoulder pain and many other medical issues.

Prenatal Massage

Expecting mothers benefit from massage during the prenatal and postal period. I have successfully worked with expecting moms throughout their full term pregnancy on many occasions. Prenatal Massage is a specialty designed to bring about relaxation and pain relief for expecting moms with an awareness of their specific circumstances. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
