She is a graduate from the Guild for Structural Integration and is qualified to give the 10 series of structural integration and the advanced 5 series. Amy draws from these techniques to relieve postural tension and chronic pain through facia release work. She has a degree from Evergreen State College where she studied Buddhism and Psychology.
