Amy draws from these techniques to relieve postural tension and chronic pain through myofascial release work. She has a degree from Evergreen State College where she studied Buddhism and Psychology.

Amy is amazing at what she does and is so kind. Being postpartum I’ve had so many aches and pains that have made sleeping hard. And given that sleep is already hard enough with a baby, I don’t need it to be any harder because of my own body hurting. Amy has helped so so so much, and I am incredibly grateful for her! Without her I know there would have been a lot more sleepless nights, so I appreciate how truly skilled and effective she is as a massage therapist. Thank you Amy!

I started seeing Amy after a car accident several years ago. Her massages are very therapeutic and healing. She digs into places no other masseuse has ever done before. I've seen many other massage therapists but none compare to Amy. I highly recommend her.
