The healing pathways I offer support the integration of transformation by nurturing consciousness. This cultivates uniting with meaningful sources of embodied information and inner direction. I commit to unconditional love, deep listening and curiosity to support all of who you are. I look forward to our sacred work together.

I earned a Masters degree in Integrative Health Studies with an emphasis in Sound Healing at the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University. I am certified in Flower Essence Therapy, Usui Reiki, Integrative Wellness Coaching and Management, and an authorized HealthRHYTHMS Group Empowerment Drumming facilitator. Currently I am pursuing advanced studies in Ashtanga Yoga and Western Energetic herbcraft. I am infinitely fascinated by people, plants and planets.
