Prior to creating Mochi Massage + Bodywork, Winnie spent many a long workday with shoulders hunched forward. Years spent working in design, technology and finance provide her a unique lens with which to understand common issues around wellness in the workplace. She helps clients (many of whom are busy working professionals) identify, learn about and overcome obstacles that persist in both mind and body - leading to lives enriched with more energy, relaxation, and good times. Winnie studied Business Administration and Visual Design at UC Berkeley and San Francisco State University. She is a member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and looking forward to her studies in Structural Integration at Kinesis Myofascial Institute (KMI), which begin in Autumn 2015.
