After I attended Towson State University and Essex Community College in Baltimore, MD  studying  Business that I found I had an interest in massage therapy> It was after learning this art form from my best friend's mother, Diane Church, who was a certified massage therapist and esthetician. With her encouragement, I enrolled in and graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage's 500 hour program. Not long after my graduation from massage school, I started studying Neuromuscular Therapy/Structural Integration with Paul St John and the NeuroSomatic Educators.

I worked within the film and music communities.

I had an office located in the Ruscombe Mansion Wellness Community Center in Baltimore, MD working with Dr Peter Hinderberger and Rolf Instu=itute Instrucotr Tess Brundhart.

The areas that I feel I specialize in are Forward Head Posture aka "Computer Neck", TMJ Issues, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, RSI Injuries, and Low Back/Sciatic Pain. I like to say that I can bring the noise down of an injury and get your movement back.

My office is located in the Mission District of San Francisco.

When I am no9t busy with bodywork, I am working as a Volunteer Coordinator for Burning Man, making a costume for a fabulous event, studying French, taking voice lessons, gardening in my back yard or making some dinner for my husband Ben and myself.

I am a certified Tour Director through the International Tour Management Institute. And I am also a cetified tour guide in San Francisco, New York and Washington, DC. In the springtime, I've been known to head east like the birds and take middle school and high school students on trips to Washington, DC and New York City.
