I have always been fascinated with the human body. I was curious about how it worked and how to reach and maintain its full potential. To satisfy that curiosity I pursued and earned my B.S. degree in Kinesiology from California State University Fullerton (CSUF). During that time I was also an avid yogi. I had benefited so much physically, mentally, and spiritually from practicing yoga that I wanted to share the experience by teaching it as well. After yoga teacher training with Cloud Nine Yoga, I found that I was more effective working with one person at a time. After this realization I decided to study and practice Thai Yoga massage. In 2008 I attended the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) and fell in love with all things bodywork.
