This areas are known as Trigger Points or contractions knots . They wreak havoc on your body by shortening some areas and over lengthening others. My job is to find these areas with pinpoint accuracy and start changing and relieving pain that no one else may have been able to help you with. Nothing is more satisfying than making today's pain, yesterday's problem. I know what it's like to be stuck with discomfort that no one can seem to fix. Struggling to sleep at night, or walking up in the morning feeling less than your best makes the day ahead of us feel daunting instead of exciting.
