During my undergraduate program I also interned for 3 years with UCLA’s Division 1 Football, Volleyball, and Track & Field Teams where I studied sports medicine and assisted athletic trainers. After graduation I decided to continue pursuing my passion of helping others by attending National Holistic Institute (NHI) to study massage therapy and health education. In 2020 I graduated from NHI’s Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program where I completed a total of 1250 hours of instruction and hands on training.

I am a huge promoter of positive energy and holistic wellness! I absolutely believe that everyBODY is different, therefore each of my sessions are customized and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate a variety of modalities and advanced techniques as well as corrective actions to create a well rounded treatment plan for each client. This provides tangible, immediate results and steady progress for you in each bodywork session. My clients love my ability to educate them, my professionalism, the physical and mental results I achieve, and the compassion they feel in my touch. Whether your goal of the session is to simply relax or if it's to tackle a chronic pain issue, I'm here for you!

I firmly believe that massage therapy is the missing piece in society's approach to modern healthcare. Wherever you are in your healing process, I will assess your function and movement, educate you, and do effective bodywork that improves your quality of life. I love my work, and I believe massage therapy is an investment that lasts a lifetime. Together we can create a balanced treatment plan that will decrease your pain and promote good health!
