In 2020 I graduated from NHI’s Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program where I completed a total of 1250 hours of instruction and hands on training. I am a huge promoter of positive energy and holistic wellness! I absolutely believe that everyBODY is different, therefore each of my sessions are customized and tailored to your individual needs. This provides tangible, immediate results and steady progress for you in each bodywork session. My clients love my ability to educate them, my professionalism, the physical and mental results I achieve, and the compassion they feel in my touch. Whether your goal of the session is to simply relax or if it's to tackle a chronic pain issue, I'm here for you! I firmly believe that massage therapy is the missing piece in society's approach to modern healthcare.
