Focused on areas that were giving me pain. Lots of tension in my back, neck, and shoulders. Felt much improved afterwards, better mobility and decreased pain.

Very professional. Seriously, one of the best massages I've ever received. The building is a little strange and difficult to navigate at first, but the massage was well worth my temporary navigation issues.
