I had my first appointment with Melanie for movement therapy, and I really enjoyed it. It was the perfect amount of movement that I needed for my body. She tailored my session to fit my needs. I will be going regularly to keep my muscles moving through my retirement years. It is a relaxing and comfortable way to improve your strength. I highly recommend you try a movement therapy session with Melanie.

Melanie gave me a hot stone 90 minute massage. It was the best massage I've ever had. I was in a hit and run accident last week and my back was spasmed. She took the time to help the back release and added some cupping which also helped. She checked in with me to ensure temperature, her pressure were comfortable during the massage. I felt SO much better after the massage. I'll be scheduling regular appointments with her to help my back heal.
