I have been a professional in the wellness field for over 20 years, it is my passion and brings me great joy to help others.  Why wellness and detox?  In my teens, I experienced two life-altering head and neck injuries, and while I recovered on the surface pretty fast, the trauma and the internal injuries did not. This was my initiation into massage therapy and wellness counseling.  In massage school, my training was rooted in science and in the power of compassion.  There, I learned greater knowledge and skills to help myself and others relieve pain and rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit.  As those skills and my sensitivities grew, I went on to study oriental medicine, spiritual science, education, vibrational medicine, yoga, and meditation. I came to understand through my journey, that wellness is more than healing, it is an awakening to a greater awareness of self, love, and what it means to feel alive. When people are supported in liberating limitations in the body and in perspective... that process gives way to a confidence that allows and supports the light within to shine more brightly.... and promoting a more fulfilling life experience. That is how I have lived and what I am honored to share with others.
