I am very blessed to have helped many people to better health, reduced pain and tension, physical alignment, emotional release, and relaxation of mind and body.

 I received my education from the University of California at Santa Barbara, earning my BA in Sociology, focused in Childhood and Personal Development, and Mueller College of Holistic Studies, where I completed professional certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner, and I am a CAMTC board Certified Massage Therapist, which includes the service modalities of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Tui Na/Shiatsu, Chi Ne Tsang (organ energy massage), Thai Massage, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, and Aromatherapy. 

 I use and distribute Young Living Essential Oils, and I practice and teach breathing techniques, Qi Gong and Kung Fu.  

 I currently hold office hours at the CoHealingGroup, where I own and operate Healing Hearts Massage and Wellness. Blessings!

Cupping, essential drop therapy, deep tissue, and concentrated on expected injuries thoroughly. In just an hour. As I have a hard time sitting for an hour and a half. Working up to it though might be able to accomplish it with this healer getting my back. 🫢😁 Pun intended. 🙃
