Highly recommend Kyle. He is the type of therapist that knows by the tension in your body what areas to pay special attention to for knot's/tension and works those areas accordingly. Not all therapist are talented but Kyle knows his work and it shows by how much better you feel after one of his sessions.

Kyle was amazing! From start to finish it was very intentional- We had time to chat before the session about what was going on, my intention and what to expect. He was sure I felt comfortable and that I knew I could voice whatever I need. During the session I felt the physical energy moving though my body, it was such a deep experience physically and emotionally. Kyle checked in throughout the practice making sure I was comfortable with his touch/pressure/placement of his hands. I felt safe and supported before during and after this session and I left feeling lighter. I will be back for sure!

Came here with terrible neck pain and came out with zero pain. Definitely will be coming back. Kyle made me feel comfortable, understood, and safe. His technique definitely felt unique but the results were amazing.
