As a practitioner of bodywork, massage, and energy therapy, I am committed to assisting others along their journey to wellness. By bringing awareness and nurturing consciousness to the body, mind, and spirit, I aim to help you to get in touch with your own inner ability to make space for healing. Many choose to see their massage therapist as healer, counselor, or mentor, however subtle or conscious that view may be. My intent is to demonstrate that we all have the ability to heal given time, awareness, and commitment. I hope to act as a conduit to allow a consciousness of healing to arise through the art of touch: one of the most basic if not most often misunderstood of embodied needs.
