I’ve been going to Jo for years and her talent is unmatched. We worked very hard to find her again after the pandemic shut everything down because her expertise and skill is at mastery level. She adjusts the treatment as needed every session and can use multiple techniques and styles of massage to alleviate tension and strain. 10/10 would recommend for anyone seeking general maintenance or acute conditions.

The massage is blissfully relaxing. It also is a fascinating way to learn about our own bodies, such as where we hold tension, which muscles are working without our awareness and which muscles need more love and affection.

Jo does amazing work! Her touch, pressure, and flow address all of my tension areas. She asks questions before each session to ensure the bodywork is focused toward the activity causing stress. Highly recommended!

Jo always seems to find the muscles that need a little extra love whether they are in my back, neck, arms or legs, and I always leave feeling a bit more relaxed and loose! The adjustable table with warmer makes every massage a just a bit more relaxing as well. My body thanks you Jo!

Jo does magic and I've been seeing her for years, since I moved to SD. Thanks to her knowledge and experience, we manage to keep away my migraines and my back pain after injury. She's the best and very much invested in the health of her clients
