Jessica has a great feel and intuition for what my needs are in regards to massage therapy. Upon assessing my mobility and muscle tension in the first part of the session, I trust her to focus on what needs the most work whether it's my lower back, legs, or upper body. Since I've been getting therapy in general, the use of my migraine medications have reduced significantly!
