Heidi Abreu (CMT, RYT 200, AHE)
Heidi is certified by the California Massage Therapy Council with 500 hours of special training in therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, and oncology massage. She has been practicing massage since 2011 and in addition to offering therapeutic massage, she teaches Restorative yoga with a focus on chakra balancing. She has been practicing yoga since 1999 and became an RYT200 in 2013. Heidi received her Ayurvedic Health Educator certificate in 2014 to help her clients and students bring their practice full circle by balancing their nutrition and lifestyle.

Heidi’s massage techniques guide the client through a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Each highly individualized therapeutic session incorporates her gifted touch that addresses many energetic levels. Clients leave her care, stronger, refreshed and restored.

Heidi shares the practice of massage with joy and gratitude. She loves seeing positive changes in people’s lives that results from conscious bodywork.
