      Amy Chunhong Hu moved to the US from China six years ago.  Her name Chunhong means "Forever Spring" and Hu means the "Divine Presence or Everlasting Butterfly."   Her Massage and Bodywork guests describe her Chinese name as descriptive of the qualities they enjoy with her.

    Her guests report appreciating the benefits of her empathic listening, loving kindness and joyful
equanimity.
    Amy also partners with her husband, Mike Murphy, in providing their signature Serene Mindbody Transformational Bodywork which combines bodywork with Life Coaching and intentional mindfulness.  Through connecting with the Essential Source of Life within, troublesome thoughts and emotions from a difficult past or worrisome future can be released.   Through present moment awareness with acceptance and action steps, one is free to enjoy meaning, fulfillment and valued living.   Amy and Mike also offer workshops in Compassionate Communication, Relationship enhancement and Acceptance and Commitment Training.

Advanced training in Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Kinesiology, Reflexology and Reflexology. Amy also is licensed in China after completing her coursework at the Institute of Psychology Chinese Academy of Sciences in Counseling Psychology and Treatment. She is also licensed in China in Marriage Counseling after completing her coursework at the China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center. Amy is a certified facilitator in Conflict Transformation and Restorative Practice Circles and has completed over 600 hours in facilitating workshops and groups using Compassionate Communication, Community Building and Transformative practices.
