She is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a degree in Holistic Health Science. Allie has over 13 years of experience in Martial Arts. During those years, she suffered multiple injuries. It wasn’t until then that she received the benefits of massage therapy. This was her inspiration to become a therapist herself, so that she could help others prevent and recover from their own injuries. Allie’s Martial Arts experience gives her a unique insight as to how and why muscles, joints and ligaments work the way they do. Also, her vast knowledge has helped many of her clients relieve pain, stress and recover faster from injuries, in additon to maintaining proper body mechanics and good mental health.

Allie is hands down one of the best therapists I have seen in a long time!! Thankful to have found her!! I suffer from pretty bad back and shoulder issues, and it takes a truly knowledgeable & experienced therapist to relieve all my tension. She knew how to find and focus on specific areas where my issues are. Will definitely go again

Allie is amazing. She did such a great job on healing the muscles on my leg and knee. I was in pain for several months from an injury at the gym, but she managed to solve my problem quickly. I will continue to book her periodically. She is also a very nice person and I highly recommend her.
