Rajam has been practicing massage since 1999 and has experience and success helping clients find relief from sports injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis and other stress and/or work related injuries of the musculoskeletal system. In order to provide the most current treatments in the field of massage therapy, Rajam updates her skills by attending professional development seminars and continuing education classes on a regular basis.

Rajam approaches each client with a holistic perspective. Her training consists of looking at the body as a whole rather than one part. For instance, although you may feel pain in your lower back or shoulder the cause of that pain may lie elsewhere in the body. This is why she includes a detailed intake form, postural evaluations and other types of assessment to determine the best possible type of treatment for your needs. She is trained in a variety of progressive techniques and uses a combination of them in every session. She is the only massage therapist in San Diego who has orthopedic massage training and certification.
