My name is Joshua Crawford and am a practicing massage therapist at the International School of Holistic Studies (IcoHs) in downtown Little Italy. A little bit about myself, I moved from North Carolina on the east coast in August 2017 with a bachelors in kinesiology, sports medicine already in my pocket. Using this degree, I have excelled in body work and helped many people rediscover their bodies when most have lost sense. Our bodies are often thought of as a one way road but often, it goes both ways. We simply have disconnected the two and are in need of fixing that connection. Often, we do not realize this problem which is where great bodywork comes into play and can truly lead an individual to a holistic approach in wellness and wellbeing.
