I am a native of Columbus, Ohio and studied at The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy after earning my B.A.S in Health Communications at Ohio University. Each massage I provide is specialized to each client and blends Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Thai, and Sports Massage.
After working at a variety of spas--from medical to corporate--I decided to branch out on my own in-order to create the work/life balance that I believe is so important. Eventually, Progress Massage will grow into a larger company that takes care of their employees with competitive pay, benefits, and a positive work/life balance.

Alexendra provided the best massage of my life! I have been dealing with a lot of hip and back issues and, my 60 min massage with her was very helpful in releasing tension and aches. I felt like gumby leaving her office! Lines on my face (I clearly fell asleep) and, as relaxed as you would feel waking up on a beach in Hawaii. I will definitely be back!

Running my first marathon was scary and I knew I would need some help with recovery. Planned a massage with Alexandra and she didn't disappoint. Had extreme difficult walking in and Alexandra too great care of me. She took into account that I was already in a lot of pain. She put the right amount of pressure to make it so that I could be good in the long run but not uncomfortable during the massage.
Would highly recommend her! One of the best in San Diego!!!!

Alex was very accommodating to my 6 month pregnant with twins body. She made sure I was comfortable throughout our session. I can't wait to enjoy a regular deep tissue massage without my two little squatters.
