My name is Alexis & California has been my home for the past 14 years! What attracted me to massage was my own love & desire to help others feel their best. When we are at our best it shows in everything we do & become apart of in our daily lives. Studying at Kaplan College in Vista, California & recieving my certification with the California Massage Therapy Council allows me to delve into my passion every day. I specialized in massage types such as Swedish massage therapy & hot stone therapy to counter the effects of stress & sleep loss while increasing strength & performance.
