Sophia Martinez, L.M.T. is a graduate of Academy for Massage Therapy Training in San Antonio, Tx.  Sophia has been licensed since 2011 with over one hundred hours of continuing education classes as a medical massage therapist. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to customize treatment plans specific to each client’s individual needs ranging from relaxation, improved mobility or posture to acute or chronic pain management. With over 6,000 hours of hands on massage time with clients Sophia has had the opportunity to work with all types of bodies from amteur to professional athletes, Wounded Warriors, patients in recovery from hip or knee replacements and many others. Continual education, open communication, and a holistic approach to health and wellness are the foundation of Sophia's practice.
