Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue work is something I am passionate about. I enjoy being able to help people feel better by manipulating muscles and educating them on how to better care for their body. I am currently pursuing continuing education hours in Medical Deep Tissue to learn applications to better serve my clientele.

Swedish

I was trained in Swedish Massage at the Academy for Massage Therapy and Training. While I know this technique and I am proficient with it, it is not a technique that many of my clients request. If this is the type of massage you are looking for, rest assured that I can accommodate.

Trigger Point Therapy

I have been trained in Trigger Point Therapy and will often use this technique during a regular massage session if the client and I determine that it will be beneficial.

Pregnancy

I first ventured into massage therapy school because of the amazing results I had during prenatal massages. It was very hard to find a therapist willing to work on me pregnant and then to find someone that was actually effective was a challenge. My training at Academy for Massage Therapy and Training laid the ground work for effective prenatal massage techniques and through continued education and working on clients, I have developed my skills. If you are looking to relax or work on some problem areas while you are pregnant I can help.

Medical

Medical Massage has become a passion of mine. I have started down a path of seeking out my certification for Medical Deep Tissue. This is a long course and I am forever learning and developing my skills in this modality.
