My name is Mindi Deschenes and I've been a therapist since 1998. I've always challenged myself with the medical side of massage therapy with a want to bridge the gap between surgery and physical therapy and to eradicate the pain patterns that bother us day to day. My name is Mindi Deschenes and I've been a therapist since 1998. I've always challenged myself with the medical side of massage therapy with a want to bridge the gap between surgery and physical therapy and to eradicate the pain patterns that bother us day to day. Since 2007 I've been developing a technique called FAST, which stands for Fascial Strain Therapy. It targets layers of fascia for fast, not-so-painful relief from our everyday habits, sports injuries, accidents, and surgeries. FAST can take care of a simple headache to pre or post surgical issues.

My other areas of expertice are: 
1. I am a certified practitioner with the International Cupping Therapy Association since 2004.
2. I am a certified practitioner through Ashley Black Guru's Fascia Advancement Academy with the use of Fascia Blasters for aesthetic and therapeutic uses.
3. I have 50 hours of accredited practice with Dr. Garcia's Biomagnetism Course.
4. I am a certified practitioner of Dr. Carli Axford's Spinal Flow Course.
5. I have 48+ certified training hours with the use of Dolphin Neurostims for the use of nerve pain reduction, scar tissue remodeling and Vagus Nerve regulation.
6. I am a certified Lifestyle Coach with First Line Therapies.
7. I use other modalities such as massage guns, guasha tools, infrared heat pads/lamps, hydroculator pads, vibration platforms, castor oil packs, etc. to help or adhance our hands-on therapies.

Mindi has helped me after several knee surgeries and now replacements. I had one done at 35 years old that wouldn’t bend past 90 degrees. After a few visits with Mindi I was at 115 degrees and still good after years of not working on it. Now she is working on my other knee after 7 weeks of replacement revision. I have no doubts I will feel better after a few visits! She knows her stuff! I can’t thank her enough for helping my healing without all the PT painful pushing.

Everything she did, she did well. This visit exceeded my expectations, even though my friends have been singing her praises for a couple of years. I walked into this office barely able to function due to the back pain. While we still have more work to do, I was a hot mess, I’ve stopped waking up crying. I feel so much better.
