I could tell Melanie had amazing skills/techniques at the very beginning when she was massaging me. I wanted to give her 5 stars overall since I read so many great reviews about her. Unfortunately, towards the middle of the massage all the way until the end, it seemed like she was tired/exhausted. When she was massaging my shoulders/neck at the end, she kept tossing/jerking my head each time when rotating it to the other side (about 5-6 times). I wasn't sure if this was her usual technique or not since it was my first time using her but it was not pleasant.
