As an athlete herself, she understands the aches and pains that goes along with staying fit. She also suffers chronic lower back pain resulting from two previous herniations. After their repairs and learning how the body works, fueled her to help others regain mobility back. She is an advocate of working proactively to avoid injury as much as possible, and strive to continue learning as much as possible, to help all of her clients  to live a life of less pain.
