I've been a therapist for about two years now. my journey started with nutrition and soon transition to personal training. After training for some time I returned to my passion for cooking and was a chef for the next 10 years or so. After many long hours on my feet and many missed holidays I was beginning to miss positive human interaction and begun to search for a new industry where I could positively affect lives. Massage therapy spoke to me because it was a place where I could facilitate healing not only within myself but in others as well. It provides an opportunity to speak to others about they're mental and energetic wellbeing in a comfortable space where they will be received with love and compassion. In my experience the body needs to feel cared about. Too rarely do we tune into our bodies and really listen. massage is a chance to show the body love and compassion without asking for anything in return. Pure giving. That is what massage is, the giving of healing.
