I became a Massage Therapist because I have always wanted to make a difference with others and this is the perfect way to give back. I can help my clients relax and help with reducing their stress levels. I also help my clients with physical pain through deep tissue and sports massage modalities.
I completed the Associates Degree in the Applied Sciences of Massage Therapy at Broadview University in 2013.

I love to use a wide range of pressures to help my clients by using Swedish, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral and other forms of Energy Work. With these techniques I've helped ease chronic neck and back pain as well as Sciatic Nerve pain. I've worked with sports injuries such as tennis or golfers elbow, severed or ripped tendons / ligaments and frozen shoulder. I've also worked with other ailments such as Carpal Tunnel, Fibromyalgia, Plantar Fasciitis, and Illiotibial band syndrome (ITBS).
I work for myself at Ascensions Home Massage in Salt Lake City. My business gives my clients the extra comfort of receiving bodywork at their home or work place.
Outside of Work I can be seen riding my Motorcycle, Hiking Utah's beautiful mountains, singing Karaoke, Reading a good book and enjoying the company of my family.
