We repeat what we don't repair.

Relaxation and peace of mind are important.

I found massage a bit by accident but have not regretted it.  It gives me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and help them feel better.  Taking care of our physical bodies is essential, and I am honored so many people have trusted me to take care of them since 2005.  I love working with clients who want to relax but may need a bit of deeper work in target areas.

I work in Salt Lake and Utah county and can also provide in-home massage to those areas in Utah.  I am also available to provide massage at retreats and conferences (within reasonable driving distance).  Contact me for pricing for events and retreats.

In my downtime I love reading thrillers, romance, and self-help books; writing fiction and nonfiction; listening to true crime and white-collar crime podcasts; going for walks outside; binge-watching anything with Chef Ramsay and being with my partner (he's the best!).

Craniosacral Therapy

Working with the subtle rhythm of the craniosacral system, we can release tension from headaches, whiplash, and old injuries and trauma in the body among other ailments. Craniosacral is usually a deeply relaxing therapy. It may feel like nothing is happening but that is the magic of this therapy - it works behind the scenes to heal your body.

Hot Stone Massage

Using hot stones (mine were handpicked as a gift from the coast of Seattle) will increase blood flow and circulation to the area being worked. The heat helps the therapist go deeper into the muscle quicker while also providing a very relaxing treatment. The hot stones create a cozy feeling of warmth and are popular during the cold winter months.

Trigger Point Therapy

Most muscles have knots that trigger either pain in the area or can refer pain. Common areas are the neck, rhomboids (muscles between shoulder blades), glutes, hamstrings (back of thighs) and calves. Releasing these trigger points allow your muscles and body to function the way they were meant to. Trigger points usually do come back because, as creatures of habit, we tend to go back to our normal posture. Regular massage can help combat this issue.

Swedish massage

My favorite modality! A very traditional massage style that eases tension, increases blood flow and circulation while providing relaxation for mind and body.

Spa

Facials

Making your skin look beautiful is a goal. I have done basic facials on clients either during or separate from the massage.

Reflexology

Reflexology

Working on the reflexes on the hands and feet can induce relaxation and also clear the body of toxins and aches and pains. Sometimes painful during the treatment due to the small working area of the reflex, you always feel better after.
