Leah started massaging at the age of 8, after getting her very first massage and loving it. This love of bodywork blossomed into a business after a frustrating whiplash injury and a realization that she could actually help people.Leah loves learning about how our bodies work and how we can help them thrive. Not only does she treat bodies, she is also a modern dancer with years of experience taking care of her own body and learning from past injuries.
After getting whiplash from choreography 6 years ago, she had an epiphany. She was wasting her time as a bartender, and she finally woke up to her yearning to help people find their pathway to health. She immediately enrolled in The Swedish Institute in New York, and a year and a half later, received an Associates degree in Massage Therapy.
Along her journey to heal her neck, she saw a physical therapist, a chiropractor, a massage therapist, and a craniosacral therapist. What she noticed was that it didn’t matter what kind of techniques were used to bring her back to health; what mattered was the practitioner.
She’s since seen many different wellness “experts”, and the ones that helped were always the ones who did not pidgeon-hole her into a pre-existing model of bodily perfection. They did not try to “fix” her. They allowed space and encouragement for her body to heal. This is how Leah approaches her clients- she listens to them, she learns about them and their history, and she works with them, creating space for their body to heal itself.
She allows her extensive knowledge of the body to help hone in on the root of an issue, and then her intuition guides her hands. She employs numerous massage techniques, but she doesn’t follow any set choreography. Each person is profoundly different and should be treated as an individual, not a statistic or just another body.

Leah is passionate about helping her clients access their health potential by getting to the root cause of their symptoms and also helping them hone their intuition around what’s serving them and what’s not. This way they can move forward on their journey with more clarity, joy, and ease. Leah has experience in Nutritional Counseling starting in 2011, after a Nutritional Kinesiology course with Dr. Kate Klemer in New York. Leah continued to study Nutrition and Energy Kinesiology at Sensory Dynamics from 2012-2013. She then went on to study at Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Health Coach in 2017. She then certified in Higher Self Healing (a profound guided meditation, releasing energetic blocks/beliefs holding a person back). She dove into a 3 year Classical Homeopathy course at IACH with George Vithoulkas and is forever grateful for the knowledge of Levels of Health and Homeopathy. She’s helped women and men gain more energy, have more joy in life and relationships, heal digestive issues like chronic constipation, acid reflux & IBS, realize their potential and self worth, balance hormones, and clear up skin ailments that docs said would need a medication for life. There is an epidemic of over-prescribing instead of implementing a diet and lifestyle plan, including addressing energy imbalances, that see the person as a whole person, not a sum of his or her parts or symptoms. With each client, Leah personalizes her approach, utilizing her knowledge of nutrition, homeopathy, higher self work, and massage. Leah’s dive into nutrition and spiritual healing happened after years of healing from her own complicated digestive issues from candida to parasites to SIBO & Crohn’s (gut healing takes time, but is well worth it!). She is on a mission to bring clarity around individual health needs- one food (or job, or exercise) may greatly help you while harming someone else. Leah has received in-depth training in homeopathy, nutrition, dietary theories, & coaching skills. She is also a certified Higher Self Healing practitioner and is trained in Functional Lab Test Analysis through Metabolic Healing. Homeopathy was literally life-saving for her, is backed by over 6,000 studies, and is such a powerful tool when used correctly. Leah combines science and her intuitive skills to help people seeking better digestion, health, energy, and a joyful life.
