I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Lindon, UT in August of 2009! My, how time flies! I created this private practice, Solace Body Work LLC, in August of 2020. Im so excited to build and grow this practice as I have been passionate about massage therapy throughout my entire career. My focus as a massage therapist is pain relief. I enjoy helping people learn that they do not have to live with chronic pain. Lets work together to get your body and muscular system feeling heal...

So good! I can honestly say, one of the best massages I’ve ever been given. The hot stone treatment was exactly what I needed. My body felt so soft and relaxed afterwards.

This was a stretching session and oh my gosh, I didn't not realize how much I needed that. As an active person I forget to really stretch everytime. This was incredible and I will be going back!
